3 Treasures Campaign

Laozi names thee inner treasures: compassion ( 慈); frugality (Jiǎn 儉) and  humility, a.k.a, not being first under heaven (Bù gǎn wéi tiānxià xiān 不敢为天下先) as core Daoist virtues or guidance about how to live and relate to others.

In Chinese medicine and internal cultivation, the three treasures are fundamental life energies: Jing (精) Root essence, foundational physical and reproductive energy; Qi (氣) Vital energy that animates and moves the body; and Shen (神)  Spirit/mind, the light of awareness.

Sifu David Wei, the 16th Generation Lineage Holder and founder of the Wudang West Cultural Heritage Center, offers a more modern take on the three treasures: Integrity, Humility,  and Sincerity . . . Translation:  Show upShut upAdd value.

Just in time for the Chinese Lunar New Year, Sifu David designed a new t-shirt honoring both Wudang traditions and practice, featuring their core values: "Show Up. Shut Up. & Add Value." These simple words convey deep meaning and good instruction of universal and practical importance to us all, especially in the coming year.

The one design is offered in a wide variety of styles, colors, and sizes, to choose from. All items are printed and shipped on demand, using either organic cotton or an eco-blend of materials, keeping comfort, quality, and sustainability aligned with their core community values.
