What is Qigong? It is a Chinese health practice that dates back at least four millennia. Qigong is a series of slow, gentle movements whose purpose is to circulate the qi (life force) throughout your body. It can improve your balance and circulation, reduce stress, lower blood pressure, while also calming your mind and spirit.
