About
WWS Grandmaster Hui Liu
Grandmaster Hui Liu at the Wen Wu School of Martial Arts (WWS) was one of those trusted proteges. She studied closely with Grandmaster Yang Mei Jun for more than 25 years. She actively shares the teachings and knowledge of Dayan Qigong with the students of WWS. Over the years, Grandmaster Liu has taken over 100 WWS students to Beijing, China to meet her teacher personally.
In 1998 Grandmaster Hui Liu started a 1-year Dayan Qigong Teaching Certification Program, correlating the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and its relationship to Dayan Qigong, which was approved by California Acupuncture Board for acupuncturist Continuing Education Units. Grandmaster Liu also published a 215-page WWS textbook entitled, Dayan Qigong: An Ancient Health System for Today’s Modern Life (3rd Edition 2014), and produced two separate volumes of First Set and Second Set Dayan Qigong instructional DVDs. In 2004 Grandmaster Liu also received the International Qigong Master of the Year Award from the 7th World Qigong Congress held in San Francisco, CA.
The Wen Wu School of Martial Arts (WWS) teaching certification program requires many years of practice, ongoing study, and the successful completion of a year-long California Acupuncture Board accredited program covering the principles of TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) and its relationship to Dayan Qigong.
